Workshop Series Description

Workshop series will be held in the Doll Conference Room in the Gunn (SIEPR) Building:

  • Developing Molecular Dynamics (MD) on GPUs with OpenMM (Day 1) -- May 23, 2011 from 9:30am to 5:00pm
  • Introduction to Molecular Dynamics (MD) and Trajectory Analysis with Markov State Models (Day 2) -- May 24, 2011 from 9:30am to 5:00pm
