I will be talking about RNA structure prediction using the Nucleic acid simulation Tool (NasT). This software package has been developed to use a coarse-grained representation of RNA with knowledge from solved RNA structure, as well as nucleotide resolution experimental data, to generate RNA structure predictions. The goal of this tool is to give RNA researchers a simple prediction of unsolved RNA structures based on easily accessible experimental data.
