I am a postdoc working jointly with KC Huang and Julie Theriot. We are interested in the physical and biochemical mechanisms by which bacteria attain and maintain their shape. My research applies computational modeling to in-house experimental results. I did my Ph.D. at Harvard with Jacques Dumais, where I performed similar research, except with plants and fungi instead of bacteria. Before that, I went to college at the University of Pennsylvania where I studied physics and math.
