I am a PhD student in Bioengineering working in KC Huang's lab. In this lab, we are interested in understanding how cell shape morphology in bacteria is changed and coordinated on the molecular and cellular levels. I use computational methods, microscopy, and Liquid Chromatograph (LC) techniques to investigate projects on a variety of length scales: from understanding the inhibition of cell division proteins with antibiotics, to how cells sense and respond to large changes in their shape.
