Xuhui Huang

I am a Distinguished Simbios Postdoc in the Department of Bioengineering at Stanford University. Prof. Michael Levitt is my primary mentor and I am also working with Prof. Vijay Pande and Prof. Russ Altman. My research will focus on the study of folding pathway of RNA molecules. Free energy landscape of RNA folding will be computed for all atom model or physical based coarse graining model. My work is directly related to the RNA folding Driving Biological Problem.

I obtained my B.S degree in the University of Science and Technology of China. From 2001 to 2006, I spent five years in Columbia University working with Prof. Bruce Berne and completed my Ph.D in Chemical Physics.
