I am a Sr. Software Engineer working on the OpenMM project for Simbios. The goal of this project is to develop an API for modeling molecular systems.  I am also working with Vijay Pande¹s group on implementing molecular dynamics algorithms on GPU boards. The experience and insights gathered from this work will allow us to develop a more robust OpenMM interface. I have also worked with Chris Bruns on the Simbios ISIM project, primarily the Pymol interface. My earlier experience is mainly in the development of software for experimental groups in the pharmaceutical industry.
